当院では待ち時間緩和のためネット予約を受け付けております。

To help reduce waiting times, we accept online reservations.

また当院は、ただいま予防診療（ワクチン・ノミダニ予防・フィラリア予防など）を中心にご案内しております。
一般診療の開始に向け、最終の準備を整えております。
ご家族様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、より良い医療をご提供できるよう努めております。
準備が整い次第、改めてご案内申し上げます。

At present, our clinic is primarily providing preventive care services (such as vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, and heartworm prevention).
We are currently making the final preparations to begin general medical consultations.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to provide even better medical care.
Once preparations are complete, we will provide further information.

・当院では時間帯予約を取り入れております。30分の枠内で複数の診察をいたしますので、ご来院後にお待ちいただく場合がございます。

・1予約1頭です。複数頭の方は頭数分ご予約ください。

・ネット予約が埋まっていても、お電話や直接来院いただければ対応できる場合がございます。予約優先制ですので待ち時間が長くなることをご了承ください。

・急患等の診療の都合上、順番が前後する場合もありますのでご了承ください。

・キャリアメールをお使いの場合、メールの設定によってはメールが受信できない場合があります。apokul.jpを受信許可していただくようお願いいたします。

・One reservation is required per pet. If you have multiple pets, please make a reservation for each one.

・In cases of emergencies or unexpected medical needs, the order of appointments may change. We appreciate your understanding.

・If you are using a carrier-based email address, you may not receive confirmation emails due to your settings. Please ensure that emails from apokul.jp are permitted.

※If your pet’s condition is urgent, please call us directly or visit the hospital without delay.
