当院は時間帯予約制です。

※急患、当日予約を希望の方はお電話で随時承っております。

当日でもネット予約が可能ですがネットで空いていない時間帯をご希望の場合はお電話ください。

■複数頭受診される場合はそれぞれ1頭ずつご予約が必要ですのでご注意くださ

■時間帯予約について
10:00でご予約いただいた場合、10:00～10:20までの間に呼ばれるとお考え下さい。

■現在、感染症予防の観点から来院はペットの状況を把握されているご家族お一人でお願いいたします。

【お知らせ】
9月より待ち時間による動物の負担を軽減するため、游指名のご予約につきましてオンライン決済登録が必須になります。
窓口精算をご希望の場合は、お手数ではございますがお電話よりご予約をお願いいたします。

★In case of EMERGENCY, please call our hospital.

You can make an appointment on the same-day, but if the time you want to come is not available, please call the hospital.

・When taking appointments for multiple animals, one appointment per one animal is required.

・Our appointment is “Timeframe Appointment,” meaning that when you make an appointment at 10:00, we will call you between the times 10:00 ~ 10:20.

・Due to our hospital policy to take preventive measures against all types of infectious diseases, only one person per pet, is allowed in the waiting room.

Notice: For a shorter waiting period (and to relieve the animals’ stress for waiting in the waiting room), Dr.Yu’s online appointment will be ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY.

    オンライン決済（クレジットカード）可能 犬猫の診察可能。ワクチンや予防薬などの処方は分院のほうが比較的待ち時間が少なく診察可能です。猫伝染性腹膜炎(FIP)の初診予約はお電話でお願いします。

    オンライン決済（クレジットカード）必須 こちらで先に診察料、お薬、フードなどのお支払いが可能です。 お支払い後、物品の郵送も可能です。準備、発送に３営業日が必要です。お急ぎの場合は来院による受け渡しがスムーズです。
